We want you to love every fragrance you bring into your home. If you are not completely satisfied with your Goose Creek purchase, you may return unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully repackage your unused candles in their original shipping box, ensuring they are securely cushioned to prevent breakage during transit.

  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
