What makes Goose Creek candles different from other brands?
Our candles are crafted with high-quality, clean-burning wax and lead-free cotton wicks. We use double-wick technology in our large jars to ensure an even burn and a powerful fragrance throw that fills the entire room.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 3 to 7 business days within the contiguous United States. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor its progress.
What is your return policy if I am not satisfied with a scent?
We want you to love your fragrance. If you are not 100% satisfied, you can return unburned candles within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange, excluding shipping costs.
Are Goose Creek products safe for pets?
Yes, our candles are non-toxic and formulated without harmful chemicals like parabens or phthalates. However, we always recommend burning candles in a well-ventilated area and keeping them out of reach of pets.
How can I prevent my candle from tunneling?
To ensure an even burn, always allow the wax pool to reach the edges of the glass during the first burn. This usually takes 2-3 hours and prevents 'tunneling' down the center of the jar.
Do you offer international shipping?
